Some of our communities are slower than others in responding to the the climate change challenge. Sometimes, we take two steps forward and one back. If there is a silver lining to a slow response, it is perhaps the fact that now that step up to the challenge, there are a lot of great resources in place and a lot of real world experience on what will and won't work.
